ACT is located in downtown Seattle, at 700 Union Street, Seattle, WA 98101 (intersection of 7th & Union, downtown Seattle)

ACT has secured discounted parking rates for our patrons from our parking partner, LAZ Parking. Our goal is to provide you with convenient parking and great pricing, all with the benefit of digital access so you can pay in advance. Please click here to access the discounted rates, most up-to-date information, and to learn more. Please note that ACT does not own or operate any parking garages.

LAZ Parking online parking passes are accepted at either the 6th Avenue Garage or Union Square Garage. Garage and redemption details below (subject to change).

6th Avenue Garage

  • 1301 6th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101
  • Scan the QR code located within your pass at the entry lane. Scan the same QR code in order to exit.

Union Square Garage

  • 601 Union St., Seattle, WA 98101
  • Take a ticket upon entering. When exiting, present your entry ticket and online parking pass to the attendant.
  • Note for Late Night Parking. Exit: Patrons exiting Union Square between 10:30 pm and 12 am, please use the “call assistance button” at the exit device in order to be connected with building security who will be able to assist with exiting the garage.

There are easy drop off points near the entrance of our building on 7th Avenue. We have elevators that access each theatre lobby area and removable chairs in each theatre to accommodate patrons using wheelchairs.

ACT offers the Figaro MobiTxt® Closed Captioning System for audience members who are deaf and hard of hearing. This system is offered at all performances on our Mainstage. ACT is also equipped with the Williams Sound® Audio Equipment, which amplifies stage sounds with the aid of headsets and also provides sound for our Audio Description performances. All devices can be reserved at the time of ticket purchase and/or requested upon arrival to the theatre (ask staff for assistance).

Large Print Programs are available and can be picked up near the doors to the theatre.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is offered on one performance during each play’s run. Dates will be announced for our 2022-23 season soon.

Audio Description is offered on one performance of play’s run.

ACT has a house wheelchair available if you need assistance getting to your seat and wheelchair seating is available in all our theatre spaces.

Yes, they are available for every ACT season production and for A Christmas Carol. Just ask a House Staff member before the show.

It is expected that limited concessions will be back for our 2022-23 season. Please visit our Food and Beverage page for information on delicious options and ACT-exclusive discounts right in our neighborhood and check back here for updates on food and beverage options at the theatre.

Everyone must have a ticket, and children under 5 are not admitted for any performances, including for our annual holiday classic, A Christmas Carol. Call the Box Office at 206.292.7676 if you have questions about a specific production.

Photographic or recording equipment are not allowed in the theatre. As a courtesy to our audience and actors on stage, we ask that all cell phones, pagers, and other electronic devices be turned off BEFORE the show.

With the exception of boxed water (purchase available at the concessions table), food and drink are not allowed in our theatre.

Season Subscribers: Subscribers receive complimentary exchanges. Upgrade charges may apply if choosing a more expensive performance based on the day of the week.

Single tickets: Please contact the Box Office for more information on any fees associated with your exchange.

We will make every effort to accommodate you for another performance. Give the Box Office a call (206.292.7676) and we will seat you on a space available basis.
