Our phone center is open Tuesday through Sunday, noon - 7 p.m.

Running Times

A rough estimate of a show's running time will be posted on our site (on the play's web page) about a month before the show opens. The real running time will be posted about a day before Previews begin. Please check our site close to your ticket dates for the most accurate running time.

Discount Ticket Options

ACT offers a wide array of discounts for its mainstage productions. The following discounts do not apply to Late Nite Catechism, A Christmas Carol or other special productions.

People Who Use Wheelchairs
Patrons using wheelchairs are eligible for reduced ticket prices for themselves and one companion. Tickets may be purchased by phone or in person.

Please note, in the event of sold out performances, accessible and companion seating may be released for sale to the general public 15 minutes prior to the beginning of each show.

65 and Over
Seniors 65 and over may purchase 25% off tickets for any available performance in advance. 1/2 price day of show tickets may be purchased over the phone or in person.

Student / 25 and Under
Full time students may purchase $10 tickets for any available performance in advance and anyone 25 or under may purchase $15 tickets for any available performance in advance. Tickets are held at the ticket office until valid ID is presented for each discounted ticket.

Day of Show Rush
All available tickets are sold for half price on the day of the show. Sale begins one hour before curtain-time and is available only in person at the ticket office. For availability, call on the afternoon of the performance.

TPS/TCG/SAG/Equity
All members of Theatre Puget Sound, Theatre Communications Group, SAG and Actors Equity are eligible for $15 tickets on the day of the show over the phone or in person.

Pay-What-You-Will
One or more performances of each mainstage play is designated "pay-what-you-will." Tickets are sold on the day of the show and in person only at the ACT Ticket Office. Cash only. Maximum four tickets per person. Suggested minimum $5 per ticket.

Group Discounts
Groups of 20 or more are encouraged to take advantage of discounted tickets and special individual services. Call (253) 839-4204 for group sales information.

Easy, Free Ticket Exchanges (Subscriber Benefit)

As a subscriber, you receive ticket exchange privileges that allow you to reschedule your tickets for another performance of the same show up to 24 hours in advance of your original date. There are several ways to exchange your tickets: in person during ticket office hours; by e-mail to service@acttheatre.org; by fax at (206) 292-7670; or by phone at (206) 292-7676. Generally, non-subscription tickets are not exchangeable. In case of an exception, fees will be applied.

Free Replacement Tickets

If you lose your tickets or forget to bring them with you to the theatre, contact the ticket office and we will gladly replace them.

Missed Your Performance? (Subscriber Benefit)

ACT offers “rain checks.” We will make every effort to accommodate you for another performance. Give the ticket office a call and we will seat you on a space available basis.

Ticket Donations

If you are unable to use your tickets, please consider donating them to the theatre by calling the ticket office before your scheduled show.

Extra Ticket Discounts (Subscriber Benefit)

As an ACT subscriber, you get $10 off any extra tickets you buy for ACT mainstage performances! Call the ticket office, or visit our website and use the coupon code included with your subscriber packet. For student or senior discounts, please call the ticket office.
