People Who Use Wheelchairs

Patrons using wheelchairs are eligible for reduced ticket prices for themselves and one companion. Tickets may be purchased by phone or in person.

Please note, in the event of sold out performances, accessible and companion seating may be released for sale to the general public 15 minutes prior to the beginning of each show.

Parking for People with Disabilities

Parking for people with disabilities is available. Simply follow the signs in the Convention Center Garage.

Passenger Drop-Off Area

A passenger drop-off area is conveniently located just off the right lane of Convention Place (in the Convention Center underpass). The entrance to ACT is located through the doors of the Convention Center, next to the entrance to Moby’s Restaurant.

Assistive Listening Devices

ACT is equipped with the SCR/Sennheiser Listening Enhancement System, which amplifies stage sounds with the aid of headsets. Headsets are available free of charge in the lobby. And they’re not only for people with hearing loss! Headsets can be helpful for anyone wanting a bit of extra help to catch every line.
