FAQ

How many people do I need to receive group benefits? A group is just 10 or more people attending a show!

What discounts are available for groups? Discounts are based on the size of your group. All groups of 10 or more automatically receive a 10% discount off of regularly priced tickets. The larger the group, the larger the discount! We also offer some discounts for seniors, students, and people 25 & under. Groups of 20 or more also receive one free ticket to a future show in ACT’s Mainstage season! (does not include student groups or A Christmas Carol)

Are there any handling fees for group orders? There is a $15 flat fee per group, but overall you save significantly over single ticket fees.

Can we pay a deposit now and the rest later? We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your seats at time of order, and final payment and final ticket count are due four weeks prior to the performance date. If a performance reaches sold out status, we will contact you to purchase or release your seats.

How do I pay for my order? ACT accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and checks. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept purchase orders.

What if I don't know exactly how many people are in my group? We do ask for the most accurate estimate for your group size when you place your order. However, you are welcome to update the number of tickets at your group rate (as long as it does not drop below 10) up until your final payment is due. Once the final payment has been taken, tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.

Will my group be seated together? We will do our best to make sure that your group is seated together, based on availability. If you’d prefer to have the best available seats, and are not concerned about your group sitting together, just let us know. Seating is based on availability, so remember to order early to secure the best seats!

Where is ACT Theatre? ACT is located at 700 Union Street, next to the Washington State Convention Center in the heart of downtown. We also offer discounted parking at the Convention Center Garage upon request. For more information about getting to our theatre, parking, and more, look here.

Please note: All group tickets are subject to availability. All programs and rates are subject to change. Restrictions apply. Not all performances are discounted.
