Running time: Two hours with one intermission

Seattle comedy masterminds Lisa Koch and Peggy Platt (aka Dos Fallopia) return to ACT with their wonky, gender-bending holiday sketch hoo-hah, better known as Ham for the Holidays. Naughty, nutty, and nervy—nothing is sacred in this mishmash of social satire, musical parody, and campy characters. With favorites like dysfunctional mother-daughter country duo The Spudds, the tiny Sequim Gay Men’s Chorus, and the angst-ridden Slam Poet, Platt and Koch take you on a devilishly whacky holiday romp!

A Seattle treasure since 1996, Ham for the Holidays is in its 16th incarnation, and Peggy and Lisa hope to soon be immortalized in their own docu-drama, Fallopians Gone Wild.

"The roller coaster ride of hysteria doesn't stop from the time the lights come down to the final bow. But I have to say the topper of the evening was the final entry from the Spudds which had me laughing so hard I couldn't breathe at times..." —

“Lisa Koch and Peggy Platt may be two of the funniest women I've ever seen on stage, but that almost overlooks how smart and finished their writing is... ‘Ham for the Holidays’  is certainly one of my favorite Christmas shows on the theatrical calendar."

"Unlike most holiday shows which seem drowned in high fructose corn syrup, this show is irreverent,
outrageous and extremely gender bending…”  Drama in the Hood

"Two of the funniest, most irreverent comedians I’ve seen in years..."  San Francisco Bay Times

"Sketch comedy, musical parody and social satire at its very best."

“I adore the twisted minds of these two comic geniuses, so if you're looking for a slightly-off holiday diversion,
you've found it!”

"Could they be the long lost love child of Doris Day and Divine? Big, brash, and completely mad...”  London Connection
