Spend 10 weeks learning the art of playwriting from Anita Montgomery, ACT’s Literary Manager and Education Director, in the ACT Young Playwrights Program! Whether you are already a wizard with words or you’ve never dreamed of writing anything outside of school, you’ll learn how to get your creative juices flowing and how to transform your stories, experiences, and opinions from thoughts in your head to words on a page. The class will end with a showcase of student work and the play you create will have a chance to be produced as a staged reading in ACT’s 2015 Young Playwrights Festival!

"ACT has shown me how to take an idea and make a world." –Ellie Drayton, Seattle Girls' School
