Room Information

Once a grand ballroom, The Allen Theatre has been transformed into a beautiful, intimate theatre-in-the-round. It is a fantastic and unique location for company meetings, seminars, weddings, or as a concert and performance venue.

Rental of The Allen Theatre includes:

  • A full range of lighting and sound equipment is available in-house to support a variety of events; details available upon request. See below for a full inventory.
  • Three large dressing rooms accommodating up to 30 people with sink, shower, toilet, and lighted mirrors.
  • Use of ACT's loading dock and freight elevator provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility.

Capacity: 

  • 7,642 square feet
  • The Allen Theatre can seat up to 434 people.
  • The stage area 25' x 32'

Rental Rates:       

  • $5,000 per day (plus labor expenses)
  • $2,500 per day for non-profit organizations (must show valid 501(c)(3) status)

Required Staffing:         

  • A minimum of three IATSE technicians are required to load-in, run, and strike events.
  • A Greeter to welcome your guests and direct them to your event. 
  • For erformance events, a House Manager is required to help with seating and safety of patrons. 
  • An Event Manager to supervise your event.
