Room Information

With its high ceilings and historic murals, the Ackerley Forum and Falls Lobby offers your guests a unique and intimate space for receptions and small dinner and lunch events. 

Rental of the Ackerley Forum includes:

  • Use of ACT's inventory of 36" round or square cabaret tables, 72" and 60" banquet round tables, 36" round high cocktail tables (42" in height), and 6' tables at no additional charge. (subject to availability)
  • Street access onto 7th Avenue providing private access for your event.
  • Use of ACT's loading dock provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility.

Capacity: 

  • The Ackerley Forum is 638 square feet and can accommodate a standing reception for up to 50 guests or a seated reception for 25.
  • Combined with the Falls Lobby, a standing reception for up to 100

Room Rental Rates:

  • $750 per day (plus labor expenses), $950 if The Falls Theatre is added
  • $375 for non-profit organizations, $475 if The Falls Theatre is added (must show valid 501(c)(3) status)

Required Staffing:

  • A dedicated Event Manager to supervise your event. 
  • A Greeter to welcome your guests and direct them to your event.
