Room Information

With its large windows overlooking Downtown Seattle, the newly remodeled Buster's Space provides an elegant setting for private parties, receptions, and corporate events. Rental of Buster's also includes use of a small private lobby space and a kitchenette.

Rental of Buster's includes:

  • Use of ACT's inventory of 36" round or square cabaret tables, 72" and 60" banquet round tables, 36" round cocktail tables (42" in height), and 6' tables at no additional charge. (Subject to availability.)
  • ACT's loading dock provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility.

Capacity:

  • Buster's is 1,750 square feet and can accommodate a standing reception for up to 120, seated reception or dinner for up to 80.

Rental Rates (plus labor expenses):

  • $1,300 per day 
  • $650 non-profit rate (must show valid 501(c)(3) status)

Required Staffing:

  • A dedicated Event Manager to supervise your event.
  • A Greeter to help welcome your guests and direct them to your event.
