ACT is a community of smart, engaging people � on stage and in the audience. ACT is a gathering place for people who are as passionate about life's Big Questions as they are about outstanding theatre.

We try to create more opportunities to build community connections. In addition to our mainstage season, we are the proud home of the Hansberry Project at ACT, a professional Black theatre company currently housed within our organization. We have wonderful education programs that put artists into classrooms and bring young people to the theatre.

We're developing more economic opportunities for our theatre artists through StageCraft, an unusual, unique gift shop that highlights their extraordinary off-stage talents.

We're also part of our larger community in Seattle and the greater Puget Sound area, supported by a wide range of community partners. Our partners encompass individuals, businesses, government agencies, other not-for-profit organizations, foundations and more.
