Room Information

This thrust theatre space is ideal for meetings and workshops as well as a performance venue. Rental includes:
  • Use of the Theatre's lighting and sound capabilities (additional charges for labor apply) – see below for full inventory.
  • Use of ACT's loading dock provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility.
  • An ACT staff member to greet your guests.

Capacity
The Falls Theatre is 7,428 square feet, and seats up to 409 people.

Rental Rates

  • $3,000 per day (plus labor expenses)

Labor Cost
A minimum of 3 IATSE technicians are required to run all load-in, run, and strike events. $34/hr, 4 hour minimum.
