Room Information
An intimate, versatile room, the Bullitt Cabaret is a great space for a meeting, reception, or as a performance venue. Rental of the Bullitt Cabaret includes:
- 12’x9’ motorized projection screen
- 15’ Half Round Stage
- Stage lighting and sound capabilities – see below for venue inventory. Additional labor costs will apply
- Use of ACT’s inventory of 36” round or square cabaret tables, 72” banquet round tables, and 36” round high boy tables (42” in height), 6’ banquet tables at no additional charge. (subject to availability)
- Use of ACT’s loading dock provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility.
Capacity
The Bullitt Cabaret is 4,539 square feet and including balcony seating can accommodate a standing reception for up to 200 guests, a seated reception for 160 or a seated performance for 170.
Rental Rates
- $1,000 per day (plus labor expenses)
Labor Cost
A minimum of one (1) IATSE technicians is required to load-in, run, and strike events. $30/hr for a minimum of 4 hours
