Room Information
This beautiful theatre-in-the-round is an intimate performance venue or makes a unique location for company meetings and seminars. Rental of the Allen Theatre includes:
- Use of the Theatre’s lighting and sound capabilities (additional charges for labor apply) – see below for full inventory.
- Use of ACT’s loading dock provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility.
- An ACT staff member to greet your guests.
Capacity
The Allen Theatre is 7,642 square feet and seats up to 420 people.
Rental Rates
- $3,500 per day (plus labor expenses)
Labor Cost
A minimum of 3 IATSE technicians are required to run load-in, run, and strike events. $30/hr, 4 hour minimum.

Lighting Information and Inventory
The Allen Theatre is equipped with 376 Intelligent Power Systems (IPS) dimmers throughout, controlled by a Colortran Encore XL console. There is one universe of DMX in the Arena.
