Room Information
This beautiful theatre-in-the-round is an intimate performance venue or makes a unique location for company meetings and seminars. Rental of the Allen Theatre includes:
- Use of the Theatre's lighting and sound capabilities (additional charges for labor apply) – see below for full inventory.
- Use of ACT's loading dock provides caterers and other vendors easy access to our facility.
- An ACT staff member to greet your guests.
Capacity
The Allen Theatre is 7,642 square feet and seats up to 420 people.
Rental Rates
- $3,500 per day (plus labor expenses)
Labor Cost
A minimum of 3 IATSE technicians are required to run load-in, run, and strike events. $34/hr, 4 hour minimum.

Lighting Information and Inventory
The Allen Theatre is equipped with 376 Intelligent Power Systems (IPS) dimmers throughout, controlled by an ETC ION 1024 console. There is one universe of DMX in the Arena.
