If tickets are unavailable for purchase online, patrons make take advantage of our day of ticketing programs.
Standby: Standby tickets are available for some sold-out performances on the day of the show, in person, starting at Noon. Standby tickets are NOT a guaranteed spot in the theatre. Patrons will be seated in a first-come-first-served basis: patrons can wait by the theatre once the lobby opens, one hour before showtime. If patrons with standby tickets do not receive a seat, they may return to the ticket office for a full refund. Standby tickets are only refundable for FIFTEEN MINUTES after the start of the show and only for UNTORN tickets.
Standing Room: Standing Room (SRO) tickets are available for some sold-out performances on the day of the show, in person, starting at Noon. Patrons will be seated in the order of ticket purchase, in unused seats. If seats are unavailable patrons will remain standing for the duration of the performance. Standing Room tickets are non refundable.
ACT offers a wide array of discounts for its Mainstage productions. The following discounts do not apply to Central Heating Lab performances, A Christmas Carol, Grey Gardens, or Guest Productions. Discount policies are subject to change and may depend upon availability of tickets.
Tickets to most Mainstage shows are available for every budget. Tickets available starting at 1:00pm on the day of each show, in person, for Mainstage plays only. Subject to availibility.
65 and Over
Seniors 65 and over may purchase 25% off tickets for any available performance in advance. Half-price day of show tickets may be purchased over the phone.
Student / 25 and Under
Full-time students may purchase $15 tickets to any available Mainstage production in advance. Anyone 25 and under may purchase $20 tickets for any available Mainstage production in advance. Tickets are held at the Ticket Office until valid ID is presented for each discounted ticket.
We offer TeenTix members the discounted price of $5 per ticket for all Mainstage plays, and select other productions. On Sundays, you can purchase up to two (2) tickets at the $5 rate with your TeenTix card, on the day of the show, in person. If there is availability, you can purchase over the phone on the day of the show (service fees apply to phone orders).

Wheelchair Accessible Seating
Patrons using wheelchairs may be eligible for reduced ticket prices for themselves and one companion. Tickets may be purchased by phone or in person.
All members of Theatre Puget Sound, Theatre Communications Group, SAG, and Actors Equity are eligible for $15 tickets on the day of the show over the phone or in person.

ACT Subscribers and ACTPass Members receive free, no hassle ticket exchange privileges that allow you to reschedule your tickets for another performance of the same show up to 24 hours in advance of your original date.
There are several ways to exchange your tickets: online via the Members Only area from the ACTPass or Subscriptions drop-down menues above, in person during ticket office hours; by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org; by fax at (206) 292-7670; or by phone at (206) 292-7676.
Note: There is no fee for exchanging your tickets; however, if you reschedule into a higher-priced performance you will be asked to pay the difference.
Non-member and non-subscriber tickets are not exchangeable.
If you lose your tickets or forget to bring them with you to the theatre, contact the ticket office at (206) 292-7676 and we will replace them.
If you are unable to use your tickets, please consider donating them to ACT by calling the ticket office at (206) 292-7676 before your scheduled show. ACT Theatre cannot guarantee that ticket donations are tax deductable and does not produce tax receipts for these donations. Please consult with your tax professional if you plan on deducting a ticket donation.
